Co-Counsel Fees
The Rules of Professional Conduct of the Georgia Bar allow us to co-counsel
a case with other lawyers. The client's consent is required and the referring
attorney must sign the fee contract and agree to be legally responsible
to the client for the case just as if he/she were the primary attorney.
